  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and any other Agreements or to protect the rights, property or safety of Nexus Enterprise Limited our customers or others.

Outside of the European Union

If we send your personal information outside of the EU (subject as below) we will always need your specific consent. Without that our policy is not to send personal information outside of the EU. However we may send data to the United States.
